Qorobi offers subscription-based SaaS services for restaurants and hospitality businesses.
Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Refunds
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial payment date.

Free Trial
The Growth plan includes a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method may be required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
You may cancel your subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the Paddle customer portal or available billing settings.
Cancellation will stop future subscription renewals.
Processing Time
Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
