Description of Service
Qorobi is a SaaS platform that helps restaurants and hospitality businesses manage:
- Multilingual QR menus
- Menu updates
- Restaurant branding
- Analytics
- Optional operational ordering workflows
- Kitchen display systems
- Related restaurant operational tools
Qorobi does not process restaurant customer payments directly.
Account Registration
To access certain features, users may need to create an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information
- maintain account security
- keep login credentials confidential
- use the service lawfully
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Subscription & Billing
Qorobi operates on recurring subscription plans. Subscriptions may include:
- monthly billing
- annual billing
- free trial periods
Billing is processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Prices, plan limits, and features may change over time.
Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the Paddle customer portal or available account management settings.
Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Subscription Expiry
If a subscription expires, is canceled, or becomes unpaid:
- dashboard functionality may become limited or read-only
- certain operational features may be disabled
- public restaurant menus may remain accessible in limited or archive mode
Qorobi reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for unpaid accounts.
User Content
Restaurant owners retain ownership of content uploaded to Qorobi, including menu items, images, logos, and branding materials.
By uploading content, you grant Qorobi a limited license to host, process, display, and deliver such content as necessary to provide the service.
Users are responsible for ensuring uploaded content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use Qorobi for unlawful purposes
- attempt unauthorized access
- disrupt platform functionality
- upload malicious software
- abuse or exploit the service
- infringe intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Availability
Qorobi is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, outages, or third-party infrastructure failures may occasionally affect availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qorobi and its operator shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of profits
- business interruption
- data loss
- operational disruptions
Use of the service is at your own risk.
Third-Party Services
Qorobi relies on third-party providers including hosting, authentication, analytics, storage, and billing providers. We are not responsible for outages or failures caused by third-party services.
Modifications to Service

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Assam, India.
